I adored how they pursued one another and even as Atticus tries to hide it all from his family when things are finally revealed, I couldn’t get enough of Jericho’s fierce protection and defense of Atticus. These two balanced each other out and had me grinning from ear to ear. Then there is strong, determined, passionate Jericho. It was a nice change of pace in the relationship dynamic. Atticus and Jericho engage in the most tantalizing game of will they or won’t they and I couldn’t get enough of it.Ītticus is struggling with his sexuality, insecurities, and the constant teasing from his siblings. I am in love with this series, at this point I am having trouble picking my favorite couple and that is a wonderful issue to have. Can Jericho convince Atticus that, sometimes, the couple who kills together stays together? But no amount of brute force can show Jericho how to scale the walls of a psychopath’s heart. And, truthfully, Atticus doesn’t want him to.Īs Jericho’s mission begins to bleed into Atticus’s life, two separate but equally brutal families will need to learn how to fight together to take out a common enemy. Atticus is a buttoned-up closeted scientist and Jericho is a man on a mission, determined to find and punish those responsible for the death of his sister. When Atticus and Jericho come face to face over a shared enemy, their accidental meeting ends in an explosively hot hookup neither can forget.
